At HotHeads Gallery™, each item is made with care and produced as a custom-made piece. Because our products are not mass-produced, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, made, packed, and shipped.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, custom production, presale demand, and product availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
HotHeads Gallery™ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages after carrier delivery confirmation, or delays outside of our control.
Presale Orders
Presale items are custom-made and may require additional time before shipping. By placing a presale order, you understand that your item is being produced after purchase and may take up to 2 weeks before it ships.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
HotHeads Gallery™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Return Policy
All HotHeads Gallery™ items are custom-made, limited, and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or fit preference.
Please Check the Size Chart Before Ordering
Before placing your order, please review the size chart carefully and select the correct size. Our pieces may have oversized, cropped, boxy, relaxed, or streetwear-inspired fits depending on the item.
By purchasing, you agree that you have reviewed the product description and size chart before completing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.
This includes:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Wanting a different fit
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only review issues if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To report an issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in original condition to qualify for review.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.
Final Sale Notice
All items are custom-made and final sale. Please make sure you select the correct size and enter the correct shipping information before completing your purchase.
